Join us for the teacher training held on Saturdays (1pm-6pm) or Sundays (11am-4pm) at Namaskar Yoga Center in Chicago. We take all holiday weekends off. Make up classes are permitted for missed hours. DUE TO THE POPULARITY OF THIS PROGRAM WE ARE RUNNING 2 TRAININGS THIS YEAR: Saturday AND Sunday.
We meet for approx. 8-9 months, every Saturday OR Sunday for 5 hours to meet the 200 hour Yoga Alliance requirements. Because this program is well paced and over a good amount of time, the Global Yoga Teacher Graduates are ready to teach when they complete this program.
The instructors and I have refined this training for many years now and planned this coursework to be exciting, dynamic and unique. The learning and teaching experiences are quite transformative and we welcome all levels of students in this training program. We limit the training to 15 students to ensure professionalism, private attention and high quality of the training. This is a unique feature of our program!

The pose alignment focus is on traditional Hatha yoga and Anusara based hatha yoga but you will get classes in yoga forms of Kundalini yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Mantra and Chakra Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Prenatal yoga, Meditation, Pranayama breathing forms and much more.
