Global Yoga Center : Yoga Classes, Teacher Trainings and Pregnancy Services

The Global Yoga & Wellness Center offices are located in the heart of Chicago's Bucktown neighborhood, with classes held at Soulistic Yoga Studio and Spa and Namaskar Yoga Center. We teach yoga classes in a variety of styles and traditions for all levels of students. Global Yoga offers a 200 hour Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher Training Program as well as a 10 hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training.

Yoga Teacher Training Courses 1 and 2:
We offer teacher training in the following types of yoga:

Corporate Yoga Classes
We offer corporate classes and private lessons at your location or office. We personalize the class for the needs of your group, all levels beginner to advanced. Relieve your tension with chair yoga, stress reduction techniques, meditation or yoga mat classes.

Private Yoga Lessons or Special Occasion Events
