Global Yoga Center : Yoga Classes, Teacher Trainings and Pregnancy Services

The Global Yoga & Wellness Center offices are located in the heart of Chicago's Bucktown neighborhood, with classes held at Soulistic Yoga Studio & Spa 805 N Milwaukee Ave in Chicago. We teach yoga classes in a variety of styles and traditions for all levels of students. Global Yoga offers a 200 hour Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher Training Program as well as a 10 hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training.

Childbirth Couples Class - with Rhonda Kantor RN, Certified Childbirth Educator, Certified Breastfeeding Consultant, Registered Yoga Teacher RYT-500 - For couples in the third trimester, preparation for the birth experience, comfort positions for labor and birth, partner support and relaxation techniques.
